#31stories~Day 15| Vegetables

I love cooking with bell peppers They are one of the vegetables that I can cook really with anything. You can add them to fajitas or to salads if you’re adventurous. There are many great things to do with them and I’m hoping to incorporate them more into my diet.

    I love peppers and I’ve gotten hip to using the frozen ones when they’re not in season. They’re great for adding color, vitamins, and flavor to omelets in the morning!
