Pink Banana Smoothie

2 Bananas

8 (medium-sized) Strawberries

10 tablespoons (150ml) of Apple Juice

·         Use organic fruit & juices if you can

·         Nutrients in Smoothie Include:

Beta-carotene, biotin, folic acid, vitamins B1, B3, B6 and C, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur

 

This smoothie is great for energy boosting. I loved it and it definitely helped with my energy.  The great thing about smoothies is, you can alter them however you like. It was delicious and really easy to make. I just sliced the fruit I had, mixed the juice and blended away.

    I make a strawberry banana smoothie but I didn’t include he apple will have to try that. It taste yummy! I never looked up the benefits so thanks for the info. Good to know its benefiting me lol.
