My Weight Loss Journey with eMeals

I wanted to start my year off right with a plan… a definite plan to help me change the way I eat and help to create a new and healthy lifestyle. I’m so excited that I found out about eMeals. I have been complaining so long that meal plan sites are so hard to subscribe to because of how exclusive and expensive some of them are, but this meal subscription service is totally worth they buy. I’m hoping that this service will help me to build a healthy lifestyle and move forward in my weight loss journey in 2014.

There are so many great things that I can say about this service but I’ll save the speech and serve it to you as a bulleted list 🙂

  • Created by two awesome and “active moms and wives”
  • The site has ease of use and navigation— you won’t get lost trying to figure everything out
  • 13 meal plans and 4 courses to choose from
  • Weekly Eating Plan Challenges
  • Themed Meal Plans
  • 15% Refer A Friend Program
  • 3, 6, or 13 month subscription options
  • Sample Menu Plans
  • Free App for iPhone App Store and Google Play Store

How great is it, that eMeals offers all of these things included in the subscription of your choice. I’m so excited to get started!

I’ve chosen to start the Clean Eating Meal Plan. My husband and I have been thinking long and hard about what would be best for the whole family and this meal plan is the best for us. We are going to try out the 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge to see if we like it and try to maintain it throughout the year.
