I’m pushing forward with my new health y lifestyle this year and I’m loving it so far. I’ve started to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables into my diet. I am currently on the clean eating plan, which is a task in itself, but I’m sticking to it and making revisions to my meal plans from eMeals.
My favorite thing to make is smoothies! I love fruit and I get to enjoy them when I make smoothies. I’ve been making smoothie recipes from this book I like to call the “holy grail of smoothie books”. It’s called “The Big Book of Juices” and I love it! I wrote about this book when I first started my weight loss journey and you can find out more about it here.

I’ve been trying to incorporate more leafy vegetables in my diet as well. I have been using spinach in just about everything I can put it in. I use spinach in my smoothies and also in my meals. I love to cook it with chicken breasts to make a really great dinner dish. Just add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella on top and you have a healthy dinner.
I’m excited about my new healthy lifestyle. Great health is what I want for this year and I’m happy to be making the changes for myself as well as my family.
