I love reading self help books and I have a pretty good library of different varieties of them. When I had the opportunity to read this E-Book Self Confidence (How To Overcome Shyness, Worry and Boost Your Self Esteem), I was pretty excited because I’ve always had a bit of a struggle with this. I was not disappointed in reading this book. It has a lot of great points and tips to becoming more confident. Some of the tips in the book are pretty straight forward and sometimes obvious, but the author has a way of breaking down every aspect of boosting your confidence, which could benefit most people. I would especially recommend this read to a younger audience, teenage aged to young adult because it’s geared toward someone who has no idea on where to start in being confident without hesitation in life. There are a few grammatical issues in the book, but as an overall review the points in the book are worth the read.
