My favorite healthy drink is a fruit smoothie. I absolutely love the convenience of having a smoothie in the morning for breakfast or part of my lunch.
It’s such a great and healthy alternative to having something sweet during the day.
Here’s what I use:
Black Chia Seeds ( 1 Tablespoon)
1 Cup of Frozen Fruit Mix-Pineapple, Mango, and Strawberries
1 1/2 Cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
Blend Blend Blend
Tropical Almond Milk Smoothie with Chia Seeds 🙂
