Quick 10 Minute Veggie Stir Fry
Parsley 2 Tsp.
Salt 1 Tsp.
Ground Black Pepper 1 Tsp.
Pure Vegetable Oil 1 Tb.
1 Bag of Frozen Vegetable Stir Fry W/ Rice (Includes Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Broccoli, Celery, Onion and Rice
*Soy Sauce 1 Tb.
Heat pure vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok on medium heat
Add frozen veggie stir fry mix with rice to the heated pan
Let it cook down before you start adding your seasonings to the stir fry
I added 1 Tb of soy sauce to my veggie stir fry (optional)
I also cooked 2 eggs and added my parsley, pepper and salt and scrambled them in a small skillet
Scramble the eggs in with the veggie stir fry mix
Add more parsley to garnish and voila!
